This helped me so much ! I am getting a Macbook Pro in a few days for college and being mostly an ipad user I have no idea how things work on an apple laptop.. Kudos to you for creating such a calm and relaxing introduction to something I thought would be so complicated. I am binging all the videos on this channel now lol.

I'm going to have to learn mac os with a new job in the new year so thank you for these videos, really scared i'm just going to stare at the screen and be hit with a brick wall, I've always used windows here, I thought oh i could get a Macbook and learn it in my free time but looking at the specs I cant throw my money down knowing I can go further with my money on PC components. This is probably the single biggest issue to me is the price point…

I gotta say… I’ve always loved hating Macs because of how overpriced and underpowered they are. Windows/Linux lifetime user here. Well, I started a new job and was given a 15” MacBook Pro as a workstation and…. well I’m kinda loving it more than I ever thought I would!

I like apples interface over that of windows because apples feels more new and adventurous wich allot of people like and I feel that's why so much people like and use Mac I think the fact that Mac OS Is only available on Mac is a waste of such a good operating system not only because of the look mac os gives people so much chances to explore learn and create.

Very interesting video but I doubt that I would get an imac soon considering the price of them is way too steep. May as well get a cheaper Apple product.

I'm seriously considering switching to Mac. The two laptops I bought(HP and Lenovo) did not last long at all. Always need to replace battery within 6 months. Sorry for the rant. The question I want to ask is what is the longest time you have used a Mac without any issues.

And windows PC is Even BEtter than a mac, and it ist not so Expansive. And you can´t play Games on an MAC 😉 I use macOS Mojave on an VM Ware under Windows 10 and must say, macOS looks Great, but is Useless for en Windows User.

Hi , great video!! I got a question. I bought a 13" 2015 MacBook Pro 7 months ago brand new from Apple. I don't have any problem watching videos on the internet on 4K or HD( Youtube). But when I try to view my own videos from cameras, 4K plays fine but I can get HD (1080) it looses quality. Do you know why it can't handle HD ?   Thank you!!

I like to customize hardware so I can decide my components freely. That's kinda quirky to do on a Mac. I don't get why people talk about Apple as being a UX centered company when they actually lock their users inside a very narrow system and throw away the key – and they charge an arm and a leg for everything. Can't even repair an Apple device. Not very user friendly if u ask me. After giving Apple a shot next to Windows for 6 months I feel even more comfortable with choosing Windows only. The apple was bad and I have no urge to take another bite. The stats says it all: 88.18% markets share for windows globally. 9.17% for Mac, only 7.07% ahead of Linux at 2.1%. Ref. August 2018 market share reports.

Hmm, that "right click" actually reminds me of once doing something on my friend's Macbook and cannot use the right click, then I stupidly go to press option+left click (like on Old World Macs )until the Mac owner shouted, "just do a double finger click !"
That is definitely a nice trick for those who used to Windows.
