This phone is great if all you want to do is make phone calls or hold down a stack of papers. I have had this phone for just under a month and it has had slow data connection problems from day one. I have 4 phones in my house and this is the only one with this problem. The screen is glitchy and the screen protector don't fit the screen. I am not the only one with this problem. Go online and check it out because many other people are having these problems also. This is the biggest waist of money I have ever spent on a phone. So much so that I'm going back to my two year old Samsung. You have been warned.

I get the impression Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite will be in the same price range and be in the same big battery budget segment but have a few upper edges on this one, faster chipset, better screen etc. A comparison would be interesting.

Nice review bro. The unlocked version does have an IPS display + 3GB of RAM vs Boosts/Crickets TFT display and 2 GB of RAM. I was hoping the camera would be better on the unlocked model but it looks the same as my Boost Mobile version.

I wonder why the Moto G6 Play is so much more expensive than the Moto G4 Play (my current phone) was? I remember purchasing my Moto G4 Play in February 2017 for $99.99 from Amazon.com, while the Moto G6 Play is running $189.99 at Amazon currently. If I wanted to switch carriers to Boost, their $80 special (via Walmart) on the Moto G6 Play would be a great deal — but I really like the flexibility of having a device that's unlocked right from the start, so I can choose any carrier I want.
